On the 21st of July in a luke warm berlin summer, slightly warmer then normal, SCHWUZ was home to the very first XPOSED international queer short film festival berlin! It was the first night that a program of Queer Australian Short Films was shown at a public screening in Berlin during the Berlin Pride Week.
The festival was attended by over 100 Berliners and visiting guests and the response to the films was overwhelming. It was great to see so many people take a liking to Australian Queer Short Films. Many thanks to the people of 'Schwuz' for having us there and a huge thanks to the Teddy Foundation, Mabel and Wieland, there support was fabulous and the festival would not have happened without them. One last big thanks to all of those filmmakers who had there films in the 1st Xposed International Queer Short Film Festival Berlin!
